    • Installing OS, configuring user profiles and software
    • Ensuring encryption and antivirus policies are active
  2. Account Systems & Identity

    • Google Workspace / O365 admin panels
    • SSO tools, 2FA, and access levels per department
  3. IT Policy Enforcement

    • Ensuring company devices meet baseline configurations
    • Standardizing naming conventions, backups, security
  4. Support & Communication

    • Timely response to employee tech issues
    • Creating clear internal instructions & checklists
  5. TOOLS & ENVIRONMENTS

  6. Workspace Administration

    • Google Admin Console, Microsoft 365 Portal
    • SSO integrations with tools like Slack, Notion, etc.
  7. Helpdesk Operations

    • Ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
    • Chat-based triage (Slack, MS Teams)
  8. Security Best Practices

    • Antivirus, OS updates, VPN use, permissions hygiene
    • Incident handling and internal awareness training
  9. Hardware & Network

    • Routers, printers, meeting rooms, display setups
    • Working with vendors and procurement
