- Responding to internal support requests (email, chat, ticketing)

- Ensuring company devices meet baseline configurations
- Standardizing naming conventions, backups, security

Support & Communication
- Timely response to employee tech issues
- Creating clear internal instructions & checklists
TOOLS & ENVIRONMENTS

Workspace Administration
- Google Admin Console, Microsoft 365 Portal
- SSO integrations with tools like Slack, Notion, etc.

Helpdesk Operations
- Ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Chat-based triage (Slack, MS Teams)

Security Best Practices
- Antivirus, OS updates, VPN use, permissions hygiene
- Incident handling and internal awareness training
