- Creating visuals in Canva, Figma, or with design teams
- Producing short-form video for Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts
Engagement & Growth
- Launching and tracking giveaways, polls, and interactive content
- Growing followers and improving reach through organic strategies
- Collaborations with influencers or partner accounts
Performance Tracking
- Analyzing data in Instagram Insights, Meta Business, LinkedIn Analytics
- Reporting on engagement rates, reach, saves, and shares
- Adjusting strategy based on data trends and post performance
Brand Voice & Community
- Maintaining tone and consistency across all posts
- Managing social tone during campaigns or launches
- Creating brand-aligned templates and reusable assets

- Building monthly social content calendars in sync with marketing goals
- Coordinating content with seasonal events and campaigns

- Monitoring DMs and mentions for responses or redirection
- Reacting to trends and breaking news with brand-appropriate content

- Tracking engagement KPIs like CTR, reach, impressions, and follower growth
- Weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
